Maximilien Zaganelli is a multi-instrumentalist and composer born in Paris, where he began studying piano at an early age.
Initially influenced by artists such as Massive Attack, Radiohead, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, he became passionate about the world of film scoring inspired by the dreamlike atmospheres of Badalamenti, Vangelis and the classical style of Morricone. Active since the 2000s with his trip-hop/electronica project “NineYears”, he frequently plays in Italy as well as in the US, where he also collaborates with various sync libraries. Since 2019 he has been writing and publishing music for art documentaries worldwide, with sounds ranging from new classic to ambient and experimental electronics.
